Check In/Check Out:
Our check in times for the rooms are between 3.00pm and 10.00pm and check out time on the last day is 10.00am.
Children:
Our large double rooms – Room 5 and Room 6 – can accommodate a cot or a pullout bed only. We also have a family room available for two adults and two children.
Dogs:
Guests bringing dogs are given as much comfort as their owners, but please let us know at the time of booking that you intend to bring a dog. Please do ask for suggested walks direct from the pub. There are no additional charges for dogs staying at The Nelson as they are part of your family!
Confirmation of Reservations:
When you complete the booking form, it is a provisional booking. Once we receive your booking request, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your reservation (if we have availability) and take a deposit from you. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time of the date of arrival, the full rate of your first nights’ stay, including any supplements selected by you, will be levied.
